As we were leaving the Victoria & Albert Museum, I remembered reading about an exhibition in the gardens that I really wanted to see. It's called Volume and you can read a little more about it here: http://www.vam.ac.uk/collections/contemporary/volume/index.html
Or check out a video of it to get a better idea here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUlIsoTLohY
This way, I don't have to explain how it works or what it's like. You can see for youself. To be brief, it was incredible. Moving. Breathtaking. Mystifying. Spectacular.

Later that night, we went to Picadilly Circus and checked out a club there. Leah had the worst martini of her life and I wasn't too impressed overall. We just wanted to dance, but apparently not much happens on Sunday nights. So, we wandered around for a bit and finally came back home.
Interesting note: they have American fast food chains everywhere here. McD's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and many more. Just when I thought I was free from a fast food culture...
I used the toilets (common term for bathroom) at a McDonald's and they didn't have seats. They were just metal basins. And the sinks were in the hallway for men and women to use and they had three buttons: one for soap, one for water, and one for air. Interesting.
Tonight, we went to Camden. We heard that's where we wanted to go to hang out with a more "alternative" crowd. I can't say it was all I was hoping for, but it was ok. We hit up a couple markets, which were all clothing and accessory shops - lots of hot-topic-like stuff, some vintage stuff, some cute, trendy, overpriced stuff. I didn't buy anything today, but I'm going back soon to go shoe shopping. If there's one thing I'm a sucker for, it's reasonably priced footwear.
That's all for now, ladies and gents. Keep reading and feel free to leave comments!

Hey, looks like you're having a great time, :)
I'm going to be in London on the 18th & 19th - may be able to say hello on the Friday night, though i'll have to head back up to York that night, so would need to be like tea-time. After that will likely be in London every week for at least one night. Give me a shout if you fancy getting together!
Hey this is Gram...kinda, she is telling me what to say. She says hi and that she hopes to talk to you soon. She had no hot water today :-p but my dad came down to fix it. Also, she liked the pictures and loves you. Ttyl.
